- Attention students interested in applying for membership to the Thomas Worthington chapter of National Honor Society: The application process is officially open! Applications will be accepted starting today, until January 12th. There is a 2 part process for applying: a google form, and 5 teacher signatures. All information can be found in the ABOUT section of our Google Classroom page. The code to join the NHS Google Classroom page is: a5r46k8. Again, the google classroom code is a5r46k8. See Ms. Cardinal in room 124, or Ms. Clemons in room 226 for more information. Current NHS members inducted last year: if you wish to earn your gold cord at graduation, you must submit 20 hours of community service via google form on our google classroom page by February 1st. If you do not submit your hours by February 1st, you will not receive a gold cord.
