• Interested in travelling abroad with your TWHS classmates in 2024?! Maybe you want to see the sites of the United Kingdom, Spain, or Australia?! Then, you’re in luck because TWHS is hosting its very own Travel Night THIS Thursday, November 10th. We will meet in the library at 7 pm. See you there! 
• International Day will be held Friday November 18th. There are a variety of ways to be involved. If you are interested in participating by sharing your culture with our school please fill out the form on the Schoology page for your graduating class or scan the QR code on the posters in the hallway! • Next week the Cardinal theatre will open their next show of the 22-23 season! Love Loss and What I Wore. Ilene Beckerman has found a way to articulate something all women know: that our memories are often tied to our favorite clothes. In this original and eloquent book, Gingy, as Ilene is called, tells the story of her life through the clothes she wore. From her Brownie uniform to her Diane Von Furstenberg wrap dress, Gingy offers a closet full of memories. Love Loss and What I Wore will run November 10th, 11th, and 12th at 8pm. • Winter Cheer Tryouts will continue November 11th from 3:45pm – 6:00pm in the Cards Center. Please remember your Final Forms and Sport Physicals need to be completed and uploaded before November 1st.
• Auditions for the 2022-23 mainstage musical SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL will be held the 3rd week of November. Monday November 14th at 6pm for Freshmen and Sophomores, Tuesday November 15th at 6pm for Juniors and Seniors, with callbacks being Wednesday November 16th at 6pm. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be dancing during the audition. If you have any questions please email [email protected].
• Did you know that we are not the only TWHS? That’s right. Just outside of Houston, Texas there’s another school that shares our beloved acronym: The Woodlands High School. Next week,  Thomas Worthington High School and The Woodlands High School are co-hosting a food drive battle to determine who is the best TWHS. From November 14-18, bring in any non-perishable food items or personal hygiene items to any teacher to play your part in proving that we are, as we all know, the best TWHS. All donations will go toward the Worthington Resource Pantry. Stay tuned for Flock Talk this Friday to find out more about the upcoming Battle of TWHS!
