Summer Concerts: A list of Must Sees

With summer just around the corner and students are looking for summer plans, one of the most entertaining things to do with friends is go to a concert! Starting to get tickets early is a necessity when concert planning. Thomas Worthington News has a list of popular artists to see in Ohio during March through August. 

 

  1. 21 Savage: American Dream Tour

Starting off with The Rap God 21- come see the Brit/American rapper at Riverbend Music center in Cincinnati Ohio on May 22nd. Tickets range from $29-$287

  1. GROUPLOVE 

With some popular hits with the teen community, GROUPLOVE will be at KEMBA live on March 19th. Doors open at 7pm and pre order tickets are available for $34.50-$70

 

Anonymous Thomas Worthington High School student expresses his love for this band, “I am so excited to go, I’ve only been to two concerts before and I know that Tongue Tied is gonna go hard.”

 

  1. Melanie Martinez: The Trilogy 

The self-proclaimed weirdo artist herself is coming to Columbus. She will be performing her three separate eras June 13th, with tickets ranging from $90-$400  depending on your seat.

 

  1. The Wallflowers

The rock band featuring lead artist Jacob Dylan, son of Bob Dylan will be in Columbus on Sunday, July 30th. You can see Dylan at the Bluestone with tickets ranging from as low as $36 to $129!

 

  1. Hozier

Are you a fan of indie music? Well, the one and only Hozier will be in Columbus on August 7th at the Schottenstein Center. Tickets are currently sold out on Ticketmaster, however reselling is a possibility closer to the show, and is something to keep on your radar if you’re a fan!

 

  1. Olivia Rodrigo: The official GUTS world tour

Gather round for Miss. Rodrigo’s tour of her 2nd album GUTS and make sure to wear something purple! Rodgirgo will be in town Friday March 22nd at Nationwide Arena! Tickets are currently sold out however reselling on SeatGeek has already begun. So don’t be afraid to open your wallet and “spill your GUTS (money)” on tickets!

 

  1. Nicki Minaj: Pink Friday 2 World Tour

Are you a Nicki Fan? Catch Minaj in Columbus on April 12th at the Schottenstein Center tickets are ranging from $79- $300+ depending on your seating preferences.

  1. Zach Bryan

Last but certainly not least, the king of country, Zach Bryan will be in Columbus on June 22nd- 23rd for Buckeye Country Superfest alongside Billy Strings! Tickets start at $65 and will be taking place in The Ohio Stadium!
