- Congratulations to both the boys’ and girls’ teams on qualifying for the Regional Championship at Pickerington North High School on Saturday, October 26th! The boys race at 2:00 p.m., and the girls race at 2:45 p.m.
- Congratulations to Sophomore Lainey Fauth on earning FIRST TEAM ALL-DISTRICT and moving to #6 ALL TIME at Thomas Worthington with a personal best 18:18 for the 5K.

- Hey Cards, all this week and next Student Council is sponsoring a coat and winter clothing drive to help out local families in need this winter. Please bring in gently used coats, jackets, hats, scarves, and mittens to participating teachers before Friday, November 1st. The class that brings in the most items will get a Donut Party on the Friday of their choice. We will keep you updated this week with who is in the lead!
- Please join us for the next Diversity Club meeting which will be Friday, October 25th during 4th period in LEM room 186. Ms.Toya Spencer, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion officer for the district will be here to share information with the group and get feedback from students.

- Attention Sophomores: The deadline to register for our upcoming field trip to the Delaware Area Career Center is next Friday, October 25th. Make sure you submit the google form posted in Schoology AND return your signed parent permission form to the School Counseling Office to attend this field trip. Extra copies of the parent permission form are available in the School Counseling Office. If you are a junior interested in DACC’s senior-only Pharmacy Technician program, you may also attend our field trip to DACC in November. Stop by the School Counseling Office with any questions!
- Do you love cats? Are you looking for an exciting volunteer opportunity after school? Join the new “Cats and Kindness” club here at TWHS! Our club is dedicated to promoting animal welfare, particularly helping cats in need in Central Ohio. Our first planning meeting will be Thursday October 31st after school in Mr. Joyce’s room A306 in the new building. A representative from the “Cat Welfare Association” will be available to answer questions and discuss shelter volunteer opportunities. We hope to see you there!
- Cheerleading tryouts are coming up! There is a meeting on October 22nd at 5:30 in 185. Tryouts are on November 8th. if you have questions email Coach Blanchard at thomasworthingtoncheerleading @gmail.com
