- The Cardinals opened their Indoor Track & Field season on Saturday at The Ohio State University. Congratulations to the top performers from the weekend!
- Senior Jenna Olsen established a NEW school record in the weight throw with the US #8 throw of 49’ 9.75” in which she won the event!
- Senior Drea Tubbs earned 7th place in the weight and then returned in the shot put to earn 3rd place with a throw of 35’ 2”!
- Jenna Olsen also earned 5th place with a throw of 33”2 in shot put.
- Senior Addison Coles earned 6th place with a jump of 4’ 6” in high jump
- Both Senior Jessica O’Leary and Sophomore Kira Luca qualified for the 60 m Hurdles finals, with Kira earning 7th place.
- Senior TyEisha Perkins, Junior Hope Adams, Sophomore Jada Rivers, and Sophomore MJ Turner earned 3rd in the 4 x 200 m relay.
- Sophomore Lainey Fauth earned 3rd place in the 1600 m Run.
- Freshman Alessia Backs earned 5th in the 800 m Run.
- This coming weekend, the Cardinals will travel to the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
