- TOMORROW, October 15th from 3:30-5:30 in rm 205 at WKHS, Music Industry Club will host entrepreneur and audio engineer Paul Pollard. Paul owns and runs a trade school in Chillicothe Ohio, where they focus on audio and music production. Paul will be coming in to talk about entrepreneurship, being a musician, and studio recording. TOMORROW October 15th from 3:30-5:30pm in rm 205 at WKHS.
- With OHSAA tournament games starting up this week, this is a reminder that Passes and student ID’s do not work for OHSAA postseason events. Tickets can be purchased at ohsaa.org/tickets . Student tickets will be $5. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the athletic office.
- Attention Sophomores: Are you interested in visiting the Delaware Area Career Center on the field trip Friday, November 21? Permission slips are due THIS WEEK! Remember to fill out the google form posted on Schoology AND turn in your signed paper permission form to the school counseling office. BOTH STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17TH TO ATTEND THE FIELD TRIP! Please email your school counselor with any DACC specific questions.

- Did you know Thomas Worthington has a Girl’s Wrestling team? We do, and we need girls of all sizes to fill out our roster! Girl’s wrestling is only in its second year at Thomas Worthington, so no experience is necessary, as EVERYONE is new! Girl’s Wrestling is the fastest growing sport in America, and we are holding some try-it-out days after school every Tuesday and Thursday during October in the Auxiliary Gym, so girls can see what it’s all about with NO commitment. Also, learn more about Girl’s Wrestling at a very brief informational meeting Monday, October 27th, in the Cards Center immediately after school. That is Monday, October 27th in the Cards Center, immediately after school, to learn about Girls Wrestling.
