• Seniors! Plan on attending “Senior Information Night” to learn how to apply to college, request letters of recommendation, and hear about the college admissions process! Senior Information Night is Wednesday, August 30th from 5:45 to 6:45 in the TWHS auditorium. You will receive a to-do list including timelines to meet college admissions deadlines! Questions? • French Club will have its first meeting of the year in room 12 in the modular, after school, TODAY Tuesday, August 29th .
• Art. Improv. Robotics. Dance. Skiing. These are just a few of the things you can get involved with through Thomas Worthington’s clubs and activities. On Friday September 1st, there will be an activity fair in the main gym during lunch periods for students to drop by and check out the many clubs and sports we have to offer. Come on by between 3B and 5B and see all we have to offer. You never know: you might just discover your new thing!”
• The Thomas Worthington High School Gender Sexuality Alliance will be having its first meeting today, Augest 29! We’ll meet in room 283 after school! There will be snacks! All are welcome!
• The Esports program is hosting “free play” events in room 127 after school Monday August 28th and Wednesday August 30th. Anyone interested can contact Mr. Joyce or show up in Room 127 (the conference room in the front of the building).
• Science Olympiad will have its first meeting this Thursday after school in Room 176. Anyone interested can stop in or contact Mr. Joyce
• The time has come for Freshman student council elections! Any interested students should pick up a registration packet from Central Office or from Mrs. Davidson in room 280. For any students interested in being officers, there will be a mandatory meeting on 9/6 at 8am in room 280. Contact Mrs. Davidson if you have any questions.
