International spirit week

  • The Cardinal Theatre will be performing its final musical of the year, Urinetown, on May 14t, 15th, 19th & 20th! Urinetown is a hilarious musical satire of the legal system, capitalism, social irresponsibility, populism, bureaucracy, corporate mismanagement, municipal politics, and musical theatre itself!   • Unido will have its next meeting TODAY, May 5th, time: 3:15 at room 235. We will discuss Cinco de Mayo, what is it and what is not true about this holiday.
  • There will be a brief informational meeting for anyone interested in playing boys’ golf next year during lunch periods on Wednesday, May 11th. The meeting will take place at the top of the stairs during the first five to ten minutes of lunch. There will be information shared about tryouts and we will gather your contact information as well. Please reach out to Mr. Bittel or Mr. Hays if you have any questions.
  • This week is the start of International Spirit Week. On Friday we would like everyone to wear cultural attire from your country of origin. The Diversity and UNIDO Clubs also want to invite students to stop down to the Aux gym 4th, 5th, or 6th periods to try foods from the various countries represented.
  • Attention students who attended Colonial Hills Elementary: We need you! Mrs. Riggs (Maguire) and Mr. Blaine are retiring at the end of this 2021-2022 school year. We want to show our thanks for the years of dedication they have given to our Colonial Hills community. We are collecting letters, stories, and memories to put in a book and pictures to make into a slideshow. Please email your letters of thanks and gratitude and any pictures you have to [email protected]. Write Mrs. Riggs or Mr. Blaine in the subject line to help with organization.
